Transferring a domain to Media Easier is very straightforward.
For .coms
A domain must be in 'ACTIVE' or 'OK' status. If a domain is in 'REGISTRAR-LOCK', 'REGISTRAR-HOLD', the global registries will not allow registrar transfer. This information can be found by using our whois check. Most registrars lock their domains, so the lock needs to be removed by your current registrar before the domain can be transferred.
Ask your current domain name provider to unlock your domain name for transfer.
Request your domain's Authorisation Code (Transfer key) from your current provider.
You will be asked to confirm the transfer key to authorise your domain name transfer.

For .co.uk's
Contact your current registrar and request that they retag the domain name to the TAG 'SIMPLEDNS'. As soon as the TAG is changed, we will complete the transfer for you on your behalf.
All domains must be at least 60-days old. Domains that are not yet 60-days old are not transferable between registrars. This is a registry restriction, not a regulation instituted by Media Easier Ltd.
