3. Domain Transfer Fee for Domains Registered by MediaEasier.com

If a domain name was originally registered by MediaEasier.com and is not registered in the customer’s name, a domain transfer fee of £1450 will be applied upon the customer’s request for domain transfer. This fee is assessed to cover administrative and transfer-related costs associated with transferring the domain to the customer’s ownership.

This fee is in line with standard industry practices, where hosting providers may charge transfer fees for domains registered in their name when the initial website hosting package was offered at a lower cost. This practice helps hosting providers recoup some of their costs, especially if they initially subsidised the domain registration as part of the hosting package.

3.2. The customer acknowledges and agrees to this transfer fee in cases where the domain is not registered in their name and wishes to assume ownership and control of the domain.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment for our hosting and domain registration services is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4.2. Invoices for our services will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date.

5. Termination of Services

5.1. MediaEasier reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in illegal or unethical activities, or for any other reason at our discretion.

5.2. Termination of services will not release the customer from the obligation to pay for any outstanding invoices or fees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. MediaEasier provides its services “as is” and does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

6.2. MediaEasier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7.1. MediaEasier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
